I did struggle a bit with this piece. I’m happy with the result but wonder what I would change. All of the elements I pictured in my head are present, so I’m pleased my essential vision is there.

I’m very happy with how this piece turned out. I wanted to depict a bit of the old days when there were party phone lines, public phone booths and an elusive style of flirting. So many details here are long gone… Enjoy!

This piece took longer than usual. I sat and stared at it for long periods throughout the process. I was worried I would ruin it. Happily everything worked out! Inspired by gay life photography from the 40s-60s.
